    @baum7des7lebens7 I was responding to @Eye2EyelllV’s statement that it’s wrong to do exercises from yoga……..I can understand a person not wantting to learn something philosophical, but I cannot understand someone condemning any sort of stretching or breathing techniques proven to be healthy. I don’t care to argue with you either……cuz we all will do what we want in the end.

    Your side angle pose is good! Some caution with the breath, working with retentions and suspensions (as in samavritti; the breath you described at the beginning) is ADVANCED and not for everyone- many contraindications..     nice. By the way – yoga teachers make sure people are “doing it right” to prevent injuries,.. just like you making sure people don’t mix the wrong foods together, etc.

    Yes! Great to finally see your poses. They are much better than I expected. especially after getting all tight on the bike. (This opinion comes from years of practice.) Exploring and knowing the Divine in ALL those regenerated cells!

    Just to reiterate, that was beautiful really beautiful not to mention useful.
    I wish i could get a flip that worked, been through two mino Hds now. First one failed after a month, second failed from the box. Which one do you use Dan?

    I tried the breathing and nearly passed out which tells me i need more practice. I’m gonna be doing all of those exercises too esp the camel pose.
    Anyone who says you are too skinny is nuts. Yeah i could see your spine and it was beautiful dude. Just how a man’s body should look. Thanks Dan and Krista.Where is the darn favorite button gone? I’m definitely getting some sandals so ‘ I ‘ can say “can you dig it” right on
