@baum7des7lebens7 I was responding to @Eye2EyelllV’s statement that it’s wrong to do exercises from yoga……..I can understand a person not wantting to learn something philosophical, but I cannot understand someone condemning any sort of stretching or breathing techniques proven to be healthy. I don’t care to argue with you either……cuz we all will do what we want in the end.

Your side angle pose is good! Some caution with the breath, working with retentions and suspensions (as in samavritti; the breath you described at the beginning) is ADVANCED and not for everyone- many contraindications.. Yes! Great to finally see your poses. They are much better than I expected. especially after getting all tight on the bike. (This opinion comes from years of practice.) Exploring and knowing the Divine in ALL those regenerated cells!
