What is Stress Relief: part 1

Here is a simple definition of stress, that you will not find in a dictionary. . . .

“Stress is something that you spend on energy

Yes, everything you do is stressful. Why? Because it uses the body’s energies.

With society being what it is, traumatic events, disasters, etc., are deemed to be stressful, where they are. But these are huge trauma, is the daily minor stresses that cause most of your problems.

These are the small stresses accumulate that gnaw without knowing you. It is like the straw that broke the camel’s back. Every day, more things until a minor event that happens and all hell breaks loose.

Most people have noticed a friend, family member, co-workers go crazy after what seemed like a minor event. It would have seemed strange, from your point of view the event did not justify the enormous reaction. Thus “the rage”, etc. Domestic violence occurs.

It is the accumulation of stress one day at a minor stress can cause a complete rupture. Then the body reacts.

But one day these constraints are also eating away at your health. Stress is assigned to most of your diseases shorten its life. Why?

Because stress eats away at your core level, it affects your ability to heal, recover, to resist and prevent diseases.

So like I said, “Stress is something that you spend on energy.” But there are also good stress.

Good stress is the place where you spend the energy on an activity, but it returns a greater amount of energy for you. Either immediately or over time as you continue the activity. For example, the exercise is stressful on the body, but is properly a good stress.

Bad stress is the place where you spend the energy on an activity and get less or nothing in return. The anxieties, fears, anxieties, stress at work and deadlines, and many others. Bad stress is the main cause of your health. It’s the stress that affects you most and what you must learn to manage and cope.

So, if everything is stressful, you can group the points make it easier to combat and prevent. Sure.
