The stress is long term and short-term effects, which play a role in destroying the organism. You may have heard people say that some stress is good for the body, but the truth is that a certain level of stress is helpful to your cause or business that can succeed as a result. This small amount of stress in our body that become graduate and major stress with serious consequences. This does not mean that an ideal situation with the absence of stress is unrealistic, but it is to discourage any notion that want to know the stress. When we are stressed, we are certainly not happy and when there is no positivity in our system, these hormones are not acting on our behalf. We must understand that every thought and feeling in our body counts. Therefore, we must make every effort to ensure that at all times, the positivity maintanance us because prevention is always preferable. But due to numerous factors and stressors, people realize they are already caught in a network of stress. It is generally difficult to perceive stress affects you because you figure you might be stronger than that. Stress does not affect the weak, it affects everyone who, for one reason or another is unable or unwilling to solve domestic problems. This brings the definition of stress and many people have defined stress, but one thing they have not been able to do is to provide key information to solve or how it affects different people in society. Stress is a feeling of exhaustion of resources that are the result of too much demand environment. There are times when you feel you’ve given enough of what you had in you and there is simply nothing to do. We’ve all had that feeling and feelings are not themselves the problem. The problem is how you deal with feelings of stress. Many people have another way to deal with problems, which could be affected or influenced by their origins or beliefs. An example is that of a spiritual person who loses a family member and another person who is not with a spiritual background loses a family member too. The spiritual person believes that when people die they are going to a better place and they may also believe that soon they will also join the person who did. A spiritual person not have the mind set on what they can see and feel their loss as they have ever lost someone. These two people will certainly have different reactions to stress caused by the death and the spiritual person seems to be above their emotions and they will handle the situation easily. When we encounter stress, we sometimes form of defense mechanisms that help us cope. Therefore, how to manage the stress of your experiences to avoid long and short term effects. The long-term effects are serious diseases that threaten your life like heart disease, cancer and others.
