Everyone deserves a good weekend of relaxation after five full days of nothing but work and school assignments. Each member of the family wants and deserves a weekend of pure relaxation. Too often, people take trips outside the city and a holiday to relax. Few people know that there are endless possibilities to make the anti-stress inside their house very well. Of course, these activities to relieve stress may vary according to each of the unique personality of a family member, preference and lifestyle. For parents, it is double the stress because they have to go to work, do their work, and at the same time managing their home. Running a house is not easy given that these parents face their children and school everyday family meals, paying bills, cleaning and maintaining their homes mainly for live healthy. Since the only time they spend with their families on weekends, there are infinite possibilities in the pursuit of relaxation at home. Starting with women, they have many anti-stress techniques in mind when it comes to simple relaxation. To go to the spa and having a full body massage, to aromatherapy easy to relax their senses — these are just some things that a lot of fatigue, stress, lack of women. Some women want to give and make their families happy by the simple act of baking cookies or a delicious chocolate cake for children. Seeing his family happy, it would make the heart smile and made the day worthwhile. Go with the father, he has his own way to relax, according to his personality and interests. Relaxation for the whole family is not as difficult as it seems, because they should know what their interests are, and how to have fun at the same time. time Relaxation can also mean bonding time of the family, since weekends are the only days they spend together with each other. Of course, there were proto-video game developed in 1951, but video games do not reach the average computer user – although there were few – until 1972 with Atari’s Pong. Since then, video games have become an integral part of life that transcends language and cultural connection. They provided a very powerful way for people to vent, to cultivate and channel the competitive and entertaining people cheaply and efficiently at home and in public spaces. Gaming is a U.S. $ 42B global market that rivals the size of the music market.

Now, technology and the pace of life gave a charter of new video games: make people’s lives better and healthier.
