			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Copyright (c) 2010 Marjorie Hansen Shaevitz <br/><br/>Each year, about 2 and a half million students apply to university. In some cases, students apply only to state colleges and local universities. However, more and more applicable to a wide range of colleges, public and private, as well as near and far from home. The process is demanding, complex and stressful. However, there are certain things you can do from the beginning to make the task easier and also end up with unique, better than competing applications. <br/><br/>1. Start Children procrastination is a death trap for students involved in the process of college admission. Dragging their feet on completing applications often results in a rush to the end and less than credible job. Especially if you intend to apply early action (non-binding program, where students apply by November 1 and receive answers by the middle of December) or early decision (binding contract applications where Applying the first of November and receive an answer by mid-December. If you&#8217;re accepted, you have to say yes or no in a short period of time. If you register early, you must first complete the application in September or October at the latest early to get a competitive solicitation. Even if you regularly apply the decision, it is useful to answer all your applications before the Christmas holidays, regardless of when their deadlines are. This no fun to spend the end of December working on college applications. And as the saying goes, &#8220;the worm early bird.&#8221; What&#8217;s more important is that your application is a bit different and slightly better than the claims of other students. <br/><br/>2. Complete your list College If you have not established a list of colleges to do before school starts in the fall. You need to find colleges that suit you as a person and meet your educational background. Your list must contain reached a good chance and Pretty Sure Things (security) based on how your notes and compare the results of tests to students already admitted. This information is available in the U.S. News &amp; World Report America&#8217;s Best Colleges, and in the admissions section of individual college websites. <br/><br/>3. Nail your Recommenders lots of students from your high school teachers and college counselor to write letters of recommendation. Keep in mind that the later you ask them to do so, they are less likely to write powerful, focused letters that make a difference in your admission. If you do not ask them at the end of your junior year, then immediately ask the first week of school in the fall. <br/><br/>4. Make sure that the tests are performed and the results are sent is better if you can get your standardized test completed before the end of your junior year. If you do not, do not worry. You still have September, October, November and December your last year to take the ACT / SAT Subject Tests or unless you apply early action or decision (in which case you must have completed the tests in October). After completing the test, make sure that your results are sent to each college you are applying. There is still confusion within the test organisms, Internet problems, Post Office misadventures and even lost materials in colleges. So, after you turn in your applications, please contact the various offices of admission to ensure they have received your results (and while you&#8217;re there, make sure they have everything else necessary their application). <br/><br/>5. Fill the joint application sooner rather than later, while there are many universities that still have their own applications such as USC, Georgetown and most major state universities, more than 400 colleges and four-year universities (and even some government institutions) now accept the Common Application. In addition to the application itself, many schools also have additional applications that you must complete. My rule of thumb is to get at least one completed application during the summer before your senior year. You have no idea what a relief. And if you have any schools on your list of colleges that are of common application, start with one of them. After completing one, all other popular applications App school will be a piece of cake. <br/><br/>Thus, while getting through the college admissions process can be difficult, there are ways to make it easier as you, family, teachers, and school counselor. Follow the suggestions above, and you should be fine. <br/><br/></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As many of you, I often get headaches and anxiety related to my long working days. Being a massage therapist, I understood how to get rid of many of these difficulties. In this article I show you seven technical anti-stress at work or for students for headaches and anxiety. <br/><br/># 1. . . Come to the center. While working, most of us wind up. Our bodies and our minds and we wind through frazzled state of polarity that too often creates headaches and anxiety. This is when it is time to return to the center. At the center is peace. There is no exception. It is not fair. It is not masculine, feminine, hot, cold, Democrat or Republican. In the center is Mother Nature, the universe and God. When you come to the center with the body and mind, then you recover and give you the energy to continue. From the technical center is a lot of stress at work or relief for students for headaches and anxiety. You also give you the opportunity to connect with the creation of enabling the transmission / reception of energy in abundance. <br/><br/>Please read my other items and also check out my wonderful, all natural pillows! <br/><br/># 2. . . Stop everything you are doing and take a deep breath. Arch your back and roll your head and shoulders around. View serenity. Concentrate on the release. . . carelessness. Put your hands between left and right to create one. Now, get up and wave my arms and legs (Chi Gong) and flop against the body twisting. You&#8217;re a rag doll and you&#8217;re unscrewing the repressed energy residing within. Stopping and breathing is a technique much stress at work or relief for students for headaches and anxiety. <br/><br/>Please read my other items and also check out my wonderful, all natural pillows! <br/><br/># 3. . . The spiritual goal: You do not worry because you know that life is a test. Part of this test is to see how much faith you have. If you have faith, then you do not worry, you&#8217;re not angry, you do not worry, you&#8217;re not worried about anything. You&#8217;re smart enough to know that you have things to do in this life and you need to take care of yourself by taking breaks CENTER bit throughout your day. The body is a tool to help you progress. Tools require regular maintenance. Connecting with the spirit and faith is a technique that a lot of stress at work or back to the students for headaches and anxiety. <br/><br/># 4. . . Think how sweet and easy. Where is the tension? Rub the tension with his hands and flick off with your fingers. Breathe. Slide your fingers through your hair and the back of the neck. Squeeze and roll. Stretch your facial muscles and rub the forehead, cheeks, nose, chin and ears. Oh Jah. Now you&#8217;ve found it really smoothly. Touch your toes, then to the sky. (Certainly all this outside if it is quite nice.) Do it again. toes touch and reach the sky repeatedly. If you love dance. Flow. You are a manifestation of the incredible energy life! Get smooth and easy technique is a lot of stress at work or back to the students for headaches and anxiety. <br/><br/># 5. . . Understand that life is precious. Our Earth is a speck in the universe. To be a human being and have the opportunity to excel in a period of incredible transformation, it is a blessing and worth every happy moment of relaxation possible! This timeless &#8220;will return you to, it fired up, and joy to carry everything you need to do that day! Love life is a lot of technical work stress or relief for students for headaches and anxiety. <br/><br/># 6. . . Know that you deserve to liberate and rebuild, then do so. Your body is like a rechargeable battery that needs recharging regularly. . . not only at night but also in small intervals of the day. Being fit is a technique much stress at work or relief for students for headaches and anxiety. <br/><br/># 7. . . Put your hands on your thighs and your bow back and shoulders. Now it ride like a cat. . . suspended the way down the arms. Do it again. Let him go. Maybe you have emotional problems that need to go too. If you are angry against something or someone, take a deep breath and blow. . . visualization of the release of energy in anger. Shake your body and hang. . . flopping his arms toward the ground. Now, drop and roll like you&#8217;re a dog in the rough. Twist and lead. Stretch. Open your hands as wide as possible and make fists. Tuck into a ball and squeeze the legs. Now let&#8217;s go spread eagle arms and legs open. Point the toes, then flex the body. Listed as many of these techniques that you can yourself. Working out is a technique much stress at work or relief for students for headaches and anxiety. <br/><br/>There are so many ways to relax the body and mind. Now you understand the fundamental nature of the exercise stress buster important. All you have to do is to do. Do it every day as often as necessary. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Whether you&#8217;re a high school graduate or a single mom revisiting college later down the road, you will need to learn tools for managing stress. Stress is a natural reaction your body has to a perceived danger or situation. <br/><br/>When you think that you&#8217;re doing more than you actually have the time, energy, or resources to accomplish, you become &#8220;stressed out.&#8221; This is the difference between stress that is manageable and stress that you need to ask for help. <br/><br/>Have you had trouble sleeping at night? <br/><br/>Do you find yourself worrying that you&#8217;re going to do badly on an assignment? <br/><br/>Have you ever &#8220;froze up&#8221; on an exam? <br/><br/>Are you missing classes? <br/><br/>Do you find yourself procrastinating on an assignment? <br/><br/>If you&#8217;ve answered yes to any of the following questions, you may be under an excessive amount of stress. When stress becomes more than you can handle, you may need to find ways to better organize your time. <br/><br/>Time management is the most effective way to relieve stress in your life. By organizing your time and keeping track of what you&#8217;re spending the most time on, you&#8217;ll be able to better evaluate what you need help with and even eliminate some of the stressors in your life. <br/><br/>Managing stress is easy with these steps: <br/><br/>Get an appointment book. <br/><br/>Focus on one task instead of switching around. <br/><br/>Take breaks. Live GUILT FREE. If you don&#8217;t make time for yourself, your stress could lead you down a road of depression and anxiety. <br/><br/>Prioritize things that are important to you. <br/><br/>Learn to say no.
