Parents create life, they shape life. They are the people most influential in the lives of their children.
The two preceding sentences are true for many parents. Are they true for you?
This article is written for you, parents who are really committed to helping your children thrive.
From the mouths of children for the eyes and ears of our mothers and fathers: “In our genetics our learning, we create, you unite us, feed us and feed us. You tell us, you model for us and for us! You used to be able to tell us your best and you have done. Now we need more from you. You need to teach us well-being! ”
Childhood obesity, diabetes, stress and lethargy are epidemic. I leave it to scientists to prove these facts to be true. In my opinion, they were and are!
Our job as parents is to find ways to help our children and grandchildren to do something positive and permanent about these preventable illnesses caused by lifestyle. We need to acquire wisdom and courage to insist on well-being that our proactive obligation not wait for illness, obesity, diabetes, lethargy or stress to trigger our attention.
This article is not to blame. It is the responsibility.
We have extended well documented, easy to follow the well-being of information available to us. If you do not know, ask it to search online, go to a bookstore, see your doctor. If the problem is medical, the treatment. The problem is not having the information. He implements.
We must now implement this information as part of a comprehensive plan to change the way our children live and how we change what and how we teach and model for our children. That is our responsibility. We can not avoid any longer.
We can do what needs to be done. The question is: will we. More importantly: Do you?
I am 62 years old. Sort parents knew that sugary soft drinks containing caffeine are not healthy way back when. We now know with certainty that they are not.
When I was a kid, I loved soda. My parents bought them and as soon as I could, I bought myself, and what, for many years. I take on sodas. They have been my choice of major drug regularly. I still love them. Others have other self-destructive life choices, learned when he was young and helped by a non-well-be targeted.
I need to train me to stay away from them. It is easier to teach and train our children when they are young.
Parents know more today than yesterday. We have lots of information about what is healthy and what is not, what causes obesity and it heals.
Many parents, however, have been distracted from the truth about their responsibility to take charge and make sure they raise their children with the well-being. They are stressed and tired and complacent sold as a replacement for health.
Welfare needs to be seen and sold as an act of love rather than being a punitive measure, compulsive or anal health i. e. I am telling you this because I love you and it is good for you rather than you are bad you can not have this treatment I unwholesome already allowed you to have and want.
Parents are sold. As adults, we are tempted to eat and drink what marketing and cartels food we sell. We are tempted, as parents, to help our children as good parents treat their children junk food and toys and popular happy distractions like television too lethargic and video games. Our children gain fast and continuous access to this lifestyle thanks to our favorable disease.
Our children do not know better. They know they like what is sold and served and continue to ask these substances and activities lethargic, if permitted.
Serve “It” and they eat “It”!
Serve then the sugar, fat and salt and they will eat. Serve pasta and white flour and butter and ice cream and they eat them too! These foods taste good.
Our task is to teach them to eat, drink, exercise and relieve stress differently, to be healthy, not easy. Our task is to teach them to eat fresh and nutritious, to appreciate the natural flavors made chemical concoctions not in a food laboratory. Our task is to teach them fun, stress-free physical activity and stress relief, not to be sitting ducks waiting to be sold.
Beauty Live and they will follow!
Yes, it requires thought, time and hard work. It is not easy. It will not happen by accident. It should be your first priority adult. Only then will you teach as a parent.
You need to live and that means you can wait to teach or model. Everything starts with you.
“Work will win when tasteless, bland, wishing will not.” Winston Churchill.
You have the responsibility and the opportunity to support yourself and your family.
Stop buying the C. A. P. R. i. e. Appearing realities created Plausible!
Stop eating and drinking “It”! Stop buying “IT”! Stop serving “She”! Stop using “It” considered!
Instead of beginning to purge S. N. P. A. i. e. Sensitive nutritious always proactive.
Start moving your body and make new behaviors, more exercise and stress relief. Then watch what happens.
Start with the obvious and then improve and refine your business that you continue your success. Your kids will follow once they see and believe and trust you understand.
Even the government, manufacturers of soda and some fast food restaurants are catching on.
Now it’s your turn! Start now!

An Insight On When To Home School Your Children
Monday, March 22nd, 2010American families are consistently progressing. For many years they have been sending their children to school thinking that their children would benefit from a sound education. Year after year, parents have expectations as their children pass out from one school to another. Parents think that their children are gathering lot of knowledge in various subjects and believe that the end aim is being reached. But why should parents keep speculating about the education even after shelling out heavy school fees? Sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it? On the contrary, they can be sure and relax if they choose home schooling.
Home schooling has progressed and has developed into a new trend of teaching with care and love. Earlier in England, home schooling was taken care of by governesses who were hired by families, but now the times have changed and home schooling has become more versatile. Home schooling gives parents a chance to play a hands-on part in the child’s education without stressing themselves. Home schooling works towards benefiting the child as per his or her individual needs.
What’s the right time to start home schooling?
Parents keep wondering about the age and time to start home schooling their children. They always feel that home schooling should start as per the convenience and affordability of the parent. There is no specific time to start home schooling and you should home school your child only when you feel that you are ready to take on the responsibility.
There is no exact time to home school your child, so when you are ready with all the requirements then you should determine and pursue the process no matter what happens. You can home school your child even if your child has attended some other school earlier. Children love to read and listen to stories, they learn through their own understanding, experience and ideas. They love exploring new things and learning on their own.
Home schooling focuses mainly on-
. Discipleship- This is an area where the kids are taught about the holy words to gain wisdom. This inculcates love towards God and compassion in the child’s heart.
. Discipline- This is handled via the base subjects like math, language and arts as the children learn the fundamental learning skills and competencies.
. Discussion- This session utilizes maximum time for reading history and literature to the children. The child’s mind should be well fed with the best available content.
. Discovery- A child’s mind is directed towards natural learning such as studying about nature, science, creative arts etc. The basic goal of a parent is to stimulate a child towards choosing opportunities to enhance creativity, curiosity and discovery.
. Optional studies- This helps to highlight a child’s abilities, by focusing on his or her innate gifts and interests, life skills and community development.
Home schooling teaches, tutors, disciplines, and encourages your child. It shapes your child’s intelligence with every day and this can be really a daunting task if attempted by you on your own. If you wish to see your child accomplish his or her dreams in the world of competition out there, then home schooling is well worth the effort and investment.
