We know that stress is present in the body due to symptoms and you will find very many symptoms of stress. The symptoms are not unique and they are easily confused with other conditions. Stress affects three main parts of our body and they include behaviors, thoughts and our bodies. The symptoms are affecting the physical body, while our thoughts are mental. Our behavior is influenced by our feelings and it is useful to distinguish between the three. Look for the following symptoms in your body and know that you could be suffering from stress. Symptoms include headache, chest pain, pounding heart, hypertension, rash, sexual problems, weight problems where you could win or sleep as much loose, problems that may be too sleep or total lack of sleep is insomnia, fatigue, increased sweating, diarrhea, constipation, stomach problems, teeth grinding, clenching my jaw, back pain, muscle aches, shortness of breath and many others. Physical signs can manifest both as headaches and back pain, one must be careful while dealing with the problem. Taking a painkiller for the condition may not be the case in the long term and so you need to address the root causes of the problem. On your feelings and thoughts, you may experience the following symptoms, which are negativity, inability to concentrate, guilt, resentment, forgetfulness, exhaustion, confusion, insecurity, job dissatisfaction, mood swings, anger, sadness, depression, irritability, anxiety, agitation, anxiety and the list continues. Emotions are a very good place to start while dealing with stress, because they affect how we perceive things. If you feed your mind with positivity, you have passed your stress, regardless of the cause of stress. To reduce the sadness you can perform an activity to help others and forget your worries.
