    I don’t think Buddhists have punching bags that they release their anger out on, because when they get stressed, they don’t feel the need to release it out on something. In fact, that habit of releasing your anger on a punch bag can go far further. What happens when there isn’t a punch bag at hand? That’s when people become more violent. Not good advice.

    I was actually upset before watching this video and it made me feel better. This vid. really does make a lot of sense. I remember a time during class when I got really angry at something and the next class I had was gym. When I ran on the treadmill for a bit I literally forgot why I was mad in the first place. The best part of that whole experience is that the anger didn’t return. It just completely vanished through the exercise!

    my definition of alive was me i guess hiking or walking high on a mountain on a sunny summer day with fresh trees all around and im looking at the sunset but its still really sunny and at a cottage at the bottom on the hill Im on and I imagined a girl Im inlove with living there and just feeling contentment as i reached the top of that hill and took in that view. content AND ALIVE what are your peoples thoughts about being alive
