Well, if we are talking about so knock that is used to fix things, so I’m not surprised. However, there is another kind of tool box is the kind mom life saver, full of resources you can use to pause or an IEP in place quickly to continue with what you did.
While things like coffee, cakes, chocolate and alcohol can be your first port of call when things get tough, they’re really not the best thing to use. There is no denying they can be very short-term fixes, but they carry a price tag in the form of reduced performance thereafter. Instead of relying on these things to get through, it is better to find better solutions, and enjoy a glass of wine because you want one because you “need” it.
What exactly should go in your toolbox anti-stress?
. sites you enjoy visiting – they could be your favorite blogs mom stress, magazines, parenting sites, celebrity gossip – make sure they make you feel better about yourself and life and not stress you more.
. Music – get a collection of your favorite music and store all in one place.
. healthy foods in the refrigerator and freezer so that you are not tempted to go for the quick sugar hit when you get low on energy
