It is probably fair to say that stress-related illnesses and other problems associated with stress has reached epidemic levels in recent years. It is likely that almost everyone if not everyone has been affected by stress at a given time.

The pressures and tensions of modern life, with all its demands and expectations have created societies riddled with stress and anxiety. Many of the effects of this invasion stress remain invisible, often until it is too late.

With the identification of what stress is and what can trigger it, it is increasingly possible to contain, manage and control.

By focusing on the causes of stress and coping skills education, courses are designed basically to develop a better understanding of stress and how it affects the body and mind and allow individuals to begin combat stress from zero.
