    @MaladaptiveCataly – it’ best you stay away from soy as much as possible anyway. Please do your body a favor and research the REAL truth about the detrimental health effects of soy consumption.

  11. t4ac3y1 says:

    Wow, talk about how true that is… I hit the “trigger” after a back surgery, I’ve never been the same… and keep getting worse.

  12. hypnofan35 says:

    It’s actually very simple if you are a competitor for status, you are all about creating stress, and dealing with stress, and your status will make you into a liar with impuninity or someone who always gets away with lying. It’s called hierarchy as in hierarchy of rules or lies. If you join a hierarchy it’s like joining a gang and becoming a soldier: If you don’t kill when you’re ordered, you will get hammered by your own side if not by the “evil enemy”. Amen!

  13. I have to state, you chose your words well. The ideas you wrote on your encounters are well placed. This is an incredible blog!

  14. hypnofan35 says:

    We got this “winning game” going on but it doesn’t have any purpose other than to gain more than “the other guy”. Our culture is on a kind of serious downward spiral with that. If anyone hasn’t noticed hierarchy and winning is based in lying and untruth for the sake of “winninng a game”. Our entire lives have been based on living around the lies of status and bolstering status. We bombed ourselves, and are still trying to figure how to handle “the and punish the fall guys”, who didn’t do it.

    great stuff

  16. peaceandquietx1000 says:

    yeah, i could give up sugar, and caffiene, and i don’t do artificial sweeteners. but bread, i love bread, and i bake my own. and it is hard to do without some white flour. sure i could switch to rice, but its expensive. i love bread, hot baked bread fresh from the oven with butter…organic butter is best!! yah, thanks for reading my rant…lol

  17. imsuckingwind says:

    Just a side note i like your shirt, i have a P.J. top just like that :)

  18. quitejaded says:

    Or you know what? You can grow stuff in your own garden. My mom cooks with a lot of curry and okra. So we started growing it in our backyard and saved a lot of money.

  19. quitejaded says:

    Dude, I’m just trying to be SIMPLE. If you want to talk about eating organic and shit, that’s a whole ‘nother story. But it doesn’t take that much money to buy some bananas and berries. Go buy some rice in bulk and cook it. Get some tomatoes and make soup. Eat ur vitamins. Ya know? Just simple shit that most people don’t even think about. Organic isn’t that vital to “healthy eating”

  20. MaladaptiveCatalyst says:

    @Films4You

    I agree completely.

  21. MaladaptiveCatalyst says:

    @quitejaded
    it’s naive to think that well balanced & healthy meals & ingredients arent substantially more expensive.Look at milk for instance.I prefer soy milk over whole milk, but a half gallon here costs 50-75 cents more than the cost of a full gallon of whole dairy milk.Same thing with bread and eggs.Organic eggs cost more than regular eggs.Healthy breads are $1.00-$3.00+more expensive than generic store brand bread w/little nutritional value.those are basic examples.i could go on and on.

  22. quitejaded says:

    I don’t think it costs too much. I think its cheaper to go buy things in bulk and make it yourself than to eat mcdonalds for ur family every meal.

  23. quitejaded says:

    he has the same eyes as that other lady with brown hair.

  24. Films4You says:

    Eatting a well balanced diet cost too much for those with lower income. This is one factor that impacts on the shorter life expectancy of this group.
