		<description>I really apreciate your work and effort. I&#039;m going to mention the exceptions to that rule. For example: Maíz, Raúl, Baúl, Ahínco, País and so on. 

This is just for remarking the stress in the word, I mean, the stress is on the last vowel. 

You can&#039;t say: Máiz, coz it sounds weird so we put the written accent in the last vowel to denote that is pronounce: Maíz. There&#039;s a diphthong over there.
