    I had the problems with weight but the thing that helped me was the diet plan recommended from my friend..you can find it on burnthatfatnow.info 6 month ago I have lost all my extra pounds and have no problem in maintaining weight any more…try it definitely, also many useful information there ;) ) kiss

  3. KyanisSunweaver says:

    @SussenRose I agree. Just because you’re not eating something doesn’t mean you won’t crave it.

  4. KyanisSunweaver says:

    And as it turns out, dark chocolate is actually good for you (which has sugar in it), as long as you stick to the recommended serving. Which is what’s really the problem — people don’t do that.

  5. KyanisSunweaver says:

    Well there goes my birthday and wedding cakes… One only happens once a year and the other usually only happens once in my life. Having a piece of cake, or a cookie, or something, every once in a while does not make you an addict. Give me a break.

  6. SussenRose says:

    @SaltyTrip I completely agree – it is ridiculous to say that if you don’t eat sugar you won’t crave it because “your body gets used to not having it.” I think people can make a conscious effort to be less reliant on it, and over time they may find it easier not to want sugar, but it’s not because their BODY controls it. It’s quite the opposite, it’s all about your mindset.

  7. deejaykgb says:

    anyone thinking about kicking the sugar addiction… you have to understand that you have to change your whole outlook on eating period… your eating habits have to change from eating for pleasure, to eating strategically.

  8. Thank you for sharing your article I would always follow

  9. savairaahmed says:

    ur cute ;)

  10. SaltyTrip says:

    You’re stupid. You’re telling people that your body has a mind and that it controls you. I eat all kinds of food and i’m healthy. Tell people to go out or eat home cooked meals and it’s 100x better.

    I had virtually NO soda, no diet soda and no candy or anything else with white sugar for about two months! I was big on those for a while, and first 10 or 15 days were just horrible, but now… well, I guess this is how cleaned up ex-drug addicts feel like. I feel like I wouldn’t have a single sip of soda!

  12. Supreme Post…Tanks 4 sharing!

  13. FlypaperGirl says:

    @SarahHall87 I am not Natalie, but can tell it is not bad, I can have several kilos of fruits a day

  14. ctorchia87 says:

    i think that what we are addicted to is the density of the energy. if I eat a bowl of icecream that has the energy that i’ve eaten over my whole life, i’d be pretty addicted/dead. i can eat that many calories, it just has to be over a lifetime, not a dinner. therefore it is rather density, i.e. how much energy per plate. is there a threshold of energy density below which you are not addicted anymore? in other words, should i dilute my oatmeal to 100 kcal/cup and meditate all day? maybe!

  15. ctorchia87 says:

    great video, i find it really interesting that although sugar is addicting, so is fat and carbs. so the dieter (like me) cuts out fat and sugar, and says “yay, i am free of addiction”, and then eats 10 bowls of rice (or millet or beans or whatever). what’s really addicting is energy. look at cars. drivers need to drive faster and faster, and you need more energy for your car to do that. but then how are you supposed to live a drug free life if everything’s a drug? i’ll reply my hypothesis

  16. Altois says:

    @SarahHall87 Most sugar free gum has aspartame, one of the artificial sweetener Nathalie was referring too.

  17. dharmesha13 says:

    i notice the more sugar i take out of my diet
    the more i can taste small amounts of sweetness
    i use to put 3-4 teaspoons of sugar in to my tea (12oz)
    and now it seems like 2 teaspoons is sweet enough

  18. SarahHall87 says:

    Natalie, I am addicted to sugar free gum. It tricks my mind and keeps it busy so I won’t have to eat. When I don’t chew gum, I eat a lot. Is it bad to eat a lot of fruits? I have A LOT in a day, like maybe 10 pieces or something… is that okay?

  19. GaryNull says:

    She’s smart and explains well.

  20. Namri says:

    @crystalsky84
    I Definately think things are too sweet here… I noticed cake here is practically loaded with sugar and then the cement like frosting which is pure sugar…..go anywhere else in the world and cakes there are airy, soft and have other flavors going on other than burningly sweet!

  21. Namri says:

    @Opheliaccs
    Quote: “But that helped me view it as a luxury not? as something commonplace like eating a snickers watching tv. ” :) That there is a very good tip. It IS a luxury and TV is a dangerous place to be with food around… even worse if you’re watching the food chanel :P

  22. Namri says:

    @cafeconlechegrl
    Another thing you can try is to explain to your family and friends what you are doing and why and how important this is to YOU. Make sure not to harp on them though cause that puts them in a defensive mode and practically ignore you and…flaunt the very thing you’re trying to break from…sadly
    After I explained how much my diet means to me my grandma tried to buy vegetarian frozen dinners for me :P

  23. Namri says:

    @cafeconlechegrl
    Very true. I recently moved in with my grandmother and you know how grandmothers are….. was good for 1 month….then I slipped :( and it’s a downward spiral from there. Watched the Sugar: The Bitter Truth clip(more like a movie) and I am now empowered to once again give up sugar.

  24. okrabay says:

    very informative. But you can also crave sugar if you have bad candida.

  25. THEOogalieBoogalie says:

  26. myway43 says:

    @sannoble I lost 90 lbs , unfortuantely I gained it all back in a very short amount of time due to sugar.

  27. myway43 says:
