Effective time management is the key to beating stress when we are in situations that have strict deadlines. Time is a precious commodity which, if misused not only lead to the loss of your resources, but can cost you your health as well by stress. If you’re the kind of person who is or rushing at the last minute report writing and you have had enough time to finish work earlier, you need to pause for a moment and think. This kind of pressure becomes a habit and you’ll never stop complaining of fatigue associated with stress. So you need to set aside time to do your work without being pressed or anxiety. Stress due to poor time management can be easily overcome. Many spend their time chatting important while others spend time doing work less urgent and important. Therefore, the first thing you must consider is the urgency and importance of work and give it priority. You then need to allocate a specific amount of time to work so you do not waste time. You should also consider working hours so that you can devote the appropriate time. You need to go further and reminders that will notify you when your time is up and you’re supposed to work. You do not need to be an office worker to overcome stress through effective time management. Housewives may suffer stress as a result of not having the order and the plan as they undertake their daily tasks. You must be very careful as housewife and understand that you have no more time than others because the only difference is that in the house, there are no rules there are major delays . A list of your tasks and thus create some time to rest.
