My advice to all is to train to be healthy and athletic, not to be so focused on muscle size or definition. It’s the quality of the muscles that is important, not the way it looks.     I agree with you, however, my lower body is kinda big, so I want my upper body to be big. If my lower body got that big, then my upper body will too without much effort. I’m just gonna work on getting strong.

    I agree, looks mean nothing when it comes to ability. The people on bodybuilding magazines are all prepped and have special lighting. If we try to achieve that in every day life we end up destroying our bodies and sometimes even who we are.
