Leaked results of the government’s stress tests on major US banks shows some financial institutions may need to bolster their cash reserves in case the economy worsens. The report is expected to be released late Thursday. Despite unconfirmed reports that at least half of the banks will be asked to raise more capital, investors drove bank stocks higher.

This is a video of our stress test for our new server. The video begins at 15 users, and ends at somewhere around 55-60. The server holds up admirably while handling up to 12500 packets a second. As you can see late in the video, the server reaches its peak, and begins to fall behind in packet handling, as evidenced by the lack of motion in some of the bots.
