Everybody knows a certain amount of stress in their lives, whether family, work, finances or illness … the list is endless. Being a parent adds yet another dimension to the causes of stress. Lack of sleep, friction with the children, additional concerns, and more drain on finances, and conflicts between different spheres of life, all contribute to higher levels of parental stress.

 

What are the symptoms of stress that you should pay attention? Symptoms of stress can be physical or mental. First, let us consider the physical symptoms.
