The key to your success in losing weight without dieting is to create new patterns gently into your life that will change how you think and feel the food. This is more efficient by combining the use of anti-stress with a diet not to eat, which means “No more diets!” Naturally, this list is not exhaustive. Have fun adding and trying new things.
