  9. I saw an article today about how all the popular stars have panic attacks or anxiety before there shows. It really shocked me as to some of the big names like Michael Jackson and Rihanna. I have been having attacks for a long time now, and I know if they can get over them and perform in front of thousands of people then surely I can get over my small attacks.

For those projects that can be polished later, try accomplishing a “good enough to be polished” goal, and focus more of the perfection of a clean plate.
