2.Chances are,if you got the money,by the time you have finished with the assembling of your ”super computer” there will be a new GPU CPU and mobo a lot better at different aspects than the one you purchased.

I did 600mhz FSB on my gigabyte one time, yes it crashed, because not engouth voltage on the NB but i still did it.
theres a reason why asus lasted the longest 12 days!
